Preeti Shah is the Founder and CEO of Wiseedge Bizsolutions. She is a Chartered Accountant, accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and holds a Master of Commerce degree from Gujarat University. She is currently pursuing US CPA course from Washington State Broad of Accountancy.
Preeti possesses deep expertise in outsourced accounting and tax engagements. She collaborates closely with U.S.-based businesses and CPA firms to manage and optimize their backend financial operations. With substantial experience in overseeing large-scale accounting functions, she plays a pivotal role in project execution and client delivery. As CEO, she leads the firm’s overall operations and delivery teams, ensuring that Wiseedge maintains the highest standards of service, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Jigar Shah is the Co-Founder and Director of Wiseedge Bizsolutions, a fast-growing outsourcing firm with a presence in both India and the United States. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Master of Commerce degree FCA (M.Com), DISA from Gujarat University.
As part of his continuing professional development, he has also completed the Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI. Jigar began his career as an Assistant Statutory Auditor with Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Mumbai. He brings with him a wealth of experience in managing statutory audits, with a strong emphasis on audit risk assessment and complex accounting matters.
At Wiseedge, he plays a strategic leadership role and oversees the firm’s internal governance framework. His responsibilities include human resource management, employee training and development programs, and the implementation of continuous learning initiatives throughout the organization.
